We are a group of Ridgeland neighbors and merchants who are concerned with responsible development in our city. In keeping with the Ridgeland Master Plan set out by city leaders, we take issue with the Costco project location at Old Agency and the Natchez Trace Parkway because of the impact it will have on traffic, property values, the environment, and the historic nature of the area.
RCRD is also concerned with the quiet C-2 modifications that took place allowing for Costco and their fueling center to be pushed through with an incentive to the developers of potentially $29.6 million of taxpayer money.
